Electricity Crisis, Schools in Nias Use Genset to National Exam Computer Based


Computer-Based National Exam (UNBK) conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Gido, Nias, North Sumatra, was forced to use the machine ganset. That's because the electricity crisis continues to hit Nias Islands since the last three days.
Although using machines owned by PT PLN Area ganset Nias, implementation UNBK in SMA Negeri 1 Gido running smoothly. No student who complained due to disruption of the devices used during the exam.
"We got worried due to power outages in Nias," said Erlin Christian Crocodile, one of SMA Negeri 1 Gido, Monday (04/04/2016).
Erlin said, UNBK not so difficult because they could have done a simulation. "It's the first time, but not difficult for us," he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of State High School 1 Gido, Buala Zebua, explained the participants UNBK 205 students were divided into three rooms with a rotating system or three sessions. "The first day of the implementation of the National Examination, the students in the test subjects ability to complete the Indonesian language," said Buala.
He continued, in each room have been installed CCTV to monitor the process continuity test. In the CCTV camera footage also observed the seriousness of the student in completing the exam questions."Even in the Nias Islands region continues to be plagued power crisis since the last three days, we have prepared some supporting facilities as well as to bring the engine generator set in cooperation with PT PLN Area Nias," he cried.
